After signing up for our service we will contact you and get you ready to make an offer on your next home. You won't be commited to using our service until you sign the final paperwork, so feel free to give us a call just to go over the details.

We Negotiate
If the seller counters your proposal, we will work with you during the negotiations to help you get the best deal possible. Otherwise, we will simply help you draft an offer for a different home.

An Easy Closing
Your agent will handle the entire closing process by guiding you through the mortgage, inspection, title insurance, and escrow. You will still have control throughout the entire process, but you will have our experience to fall back on if you run into any problems.

Save Money
At the time of closing 75% of the buyer's commission will be refunded to you. You are free to use this as a down-payment at closing or spruce up the home during the move-in. The average savings is around $10,000.

Our minimum commission is $3,000, which is a big savings for homes at or above $300,000 in cost. With a $300,000 home, the typical buyer's agent would be 3%, or $9,000. You would receive $6,000 back as a refund and we would keep only $3,000 for our services to you.

Our Limits
We are primarily an online service, so we may not be the perfect solution for every prospective home buyer. Our agents work from our own offices for the most part, but will present your offer in person and visit the property for inspections and appraisals in competitive situations. We generally meet with our clients in our own offices, but we are able to communicate effectively with you through phone and email through the entire process.
